The Cantisanos' original Ragu recipe was made with love, passion and good quality, Italian ingredients. The Cantisano family moved from Naples to Rochester, New York and in 1937 were first to bottle a Bolognese sauce. Italians call Bolognese "Ragu", so naturally Assunta Cantisano did the same.
